Workout

I love EXL fitness. (see the link in the column to the right) I've never met "Mat the Trainer" but he's a friend of my brother's and reading the posts on his website has helped me lose the biggest chunk of the weight I've lost. His approach is the most efficient and effective. He has a ton of videos, but I came across this one today on their facebook page and thought I'd share it. It's meant for an office lunch break, but you can do this anytime, anywhere. I've done this same 40-20 (or 30-30) approach using cardio moves, but never with strength. Check it out.

*warning: don't watch the clock when you do stuff like this. I set a kitchen timer and with 30-30s it's easy to just hit stop and start over and over. 40-20s I'm not so sure.

My mom did the bootcamp at EXL awhile ago and says it was incredible. For the 40-20s, an interval timer would be awesome.
