I'm not surprised. I had a lot of stuff beating me up this week.
Of course I'm disappointed though because I'm so close to the 150's milestone!
But I'm encouraged about next week. I think it will be much easier!
I need some ideas guys! Give me some suggestions for posts! From the looks of it I only have one or two readers, and I know there's more out there, so I'd love to hear from everyone! Do you want workouts, recipes, tips, whine sessions, what?? Let me know what is interesting to you (even if you're not trying to lose weight)! Have any of you tried some of my suggestions?

I've enjoyed reading your blog. I'm so impressed with your efforts. I appreciate how you address the emotional/hormonal side of weight loss. I'm crazy for chocolate a couple days a month. I know it's hormonal. I HAVE to have it. The rest of the month I just WANT to have it. Keep us posted on your progress.
So I was skimming thru old posts of all the blogs I follow and saw a picture of a big bowl of chocolate icecream. Now I need some. I really just need some sleep and 1 less 13 year old but icecream sounds so yummy! Also, I want to hear about weighing yourself, when, how, why, when to not, how to not, why not. Anything, everything. Thanks.
