Wow. I am really not doing well. Something about this whole adding-a-few-calories thing is making me want to eat everything in the house. I must have been depriving myself more than I realized. I just pray that my hard work and sweat makes up for the cake and chocolate and scotcheroos (no thank you g-ma rue!).
There's also a psychological "Ahhhh, I made it to my first goal." No matter how many times I remind myself that I'm really only halfway to the final goal, I still feel like I NEED that piece of chocolate cake.
Also PMS rules my diet once a month.
After 10 years of a lifestyle change I have learned this.

About once a month, anything close enough to my hands to touch is in my mouth. Haha sad but true. I feel your pain! Scotcheroos sound delightful right now. :)
