I'm thinking that this would normally have been a 2 lb week, but unfortunately my weigh-in day came on the day that I'm retaining water...
Time to go pants shopping! I'm tired of holding my pants up when I walk. I feel like a gangsta.
This week I did a combo of Jillian's 30 day shred and her latest kickbox fast fix. I love kickboxing. It's my absolute favorite. So I thought I'd try out Jillian's approach. It's good, it's really hard, but her rhythm screws me up. It really ends up only being an 18 minute workout with no real warm up, so it's weird, but awesome. Although Jillian makes me insane, it's better than watching Billy Blanks' hideousness. :)

I love kickboxing! One of my Zumba instructors also teaches kickboxing, and she's BRUTAL. In the most awesome way, of course, but totally brutal.
