Weekly Weigh-in

155.5 lbs
Down 2.5 pounds

Phew!  I was really nervous this time, but did well.  I had to increase my workout to 45 min. a couple of the days, but it worked!  I'm half a pound away from having "normal" body fat according to whoever decides what's normal.  But still 18.5 pounds away from my optimum weight.  I have a feeling this is going to continue to be a roller coaster until the end.

You're doing great! 2.5 pounds is AWESOME! And who cares what "normal" is; you look amazing as-is.

Where have you gone to calculate your weight goals? Also, I think that losing 2.5 lbs in one week is great! Good job!

Also, sorry I haven't commented before. When you talked about starting this blog I meant to follow it, but I am just now starting to follow it. I am excited to see your tips and get more motivated for exercise!
