Here I am. Hanging out at 156.
(don't worry, the rest of my not-skinny arm is pushed back, but it LOOKS like a nice arm...)
I had a really nasty weekend of Taco Time, pizza, ice cream, loads of Rhode's rolls with butter, cake, etc. I was very nervous this week. But I kicked it Monday-Today and overcame! I think I'm like one pound away from being scientifically "normal" instead of "overweight."
Weird.
This week I rotated through all my Jillian Michael's videos. Kickboxing Fast Fix (18 min. workout with a 2 minute cool down), 30 Minute Shred (5 min warm up, 20 min. workout, 5 min. cool down), and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (5 min. warm up, 40 min. workout, 5 min. cool down). And one day of The Biggest Loser Workout High Intensity Cardio (5 min. warm up, 20 minute workout, 5 min. cool down). I also did quite a bit of physical labor in the yard, chopping trees, digging, hauling, etc.
